So let me describe the some facts about the jarrah wood what it is exactly. Jarrah wood flooring comes from its trees, which is otherwise known as Eucalyptus Marginata. It is commonly found amongst the most common Eucalyptus trees in the southwest part of Western Australia in abundance. The term Jarrah is an aboriginal name and is associated to the tree and wood itself. It used to be known as Swan River Mahogany because of the similar appearance of worked Jarrah timber to the tree called Honduras Mahogany.
